Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying to ship returns back and will incur a 15% restocking fee. The shipping cost for the order will not be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@hoganmodel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have 14 days to ship the item back to us after we accept the return. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer formal exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pre-Order Cancellations:

Orders that contain items that are pre-orders (or contain a mix of both in-stock and pre-order items) can be canceled before they are fulfilled/shipped but will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire order.

Damages and Issues: 

We inspect all models prior to shipment to avoid sending out models that may be damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if their are any other issues, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request support (such as a refund/replacement) for a damaged item, after this time frame will be unable to provide support (such as a refund/replacement) for damaged items.

If a model has arrived damaged please do not attempt a repair prior to contacting us. Once a repair has been attempted we will not be able to replace/refund the damaged model.

Models will not be considered eligible for a damage return for the following reasons: 

  • Models may not be returned because of any wear/tear or issues with boxes 
  • Models with tightly or loosely fitting parts or any parts that can be easily glued back on
  • Minor issues that aren't noticeable under normal lighting and viewable by the naked eye
